We try to ship orders received by 3pm M-F by FedEx Ground that same day for your fast and secure delivery. Any shipping promotions used in ads or coupons are solely for use within the Continental United States (Lower 48) The seller reserves the right to extend these promotions and pricing to other areas (typically Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and/or Canada) if promoton is found to be withing shipping budgets to these areas. International orders are typically shipped via USPS Global Express - or - FedEx Internation Express Shipping at the sellers discretion. International orders MAY be held for up to 72 hours to allow shipping verification and payment anti-fraud proceedures to minimize liability to the seller.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
MasterHID will make every effort to provide the right product at the right time for our customers. However, due to the technical nature of customizing automobiles we can not accept any libility for incorrectly purchased products. We use the Sylvania and/or Eiko guides to research which bulbs your vehicle should have orginally came with from the factory. Any bulb differences caused by modifications, accidents, prior work and/or error in these guides are not the responsibility of MasterHID, CleanMachines, or any affiliate associated with this store. We highly encourage our customers to actually remove the bulb in your vehicle and verify before ordering.
As HID kits are sensative electronics and therefore can be damaged by improper use or connection, we can not accept returns of these items. We can, however make acceptions if the buyer and seller find it mutually beneficial. Usually if the wrong kit is bought, the most cost effective remedy is not to return the wrong kit but to purchase the correct items (bulbs only). Please contact us immediately after discovering any problem of this nature.
Our standard warranty is 12 months. To warranty a defective item, please return the entire HID kit along with a check or money order for $12.95 to CleanMachines (for return shipping expense only) to our address listed above via any of the common carriers (FedEx,UPS,DHL,USPS). Please include any relavent information regarding the problem, the date that you ordered the kit and the order number for us the efficiently reference your sale. We will test the complete kit, any items found to be defective will be replaced. Warranty does not cover physical damage from mishandling items, exposure to water, or kits that have been modified in any way. Please check your kit with a steady 12-volt source before beginning the warranty process, newer vehicles often have bulb testing circuits that may need to be bypassed.
